Sunday Serve is email-first volunteer scheduling. Volunteers don’t need accounts, logins, or an app — they respond by clicking YES or NO.

Volunteers respond from their inbox and can view their schedule with a private link.

How it works
A simple setup that stays the same every week:
  1. Teams — group roles (examples: Kids, Worship, Welcome, Tech)
  2. Roles — the positions people can fill (examples: Greeter, Sound, Nursery)
  3. People — store contacts once, then assign which roles they can serve
  4. Events — create an event, list roles needed, assign people, then send email invites
After sending invites, you can track responses and re-send if needed — and quickly spot what still needs coverage.
What volunteers experience
Volunteers receive a clear email for each event they’re scheduled for. They see what they’re scheduled for, their current status, and can respond in one click.
