How do volunteers respond?

Volunteers click YES or NO right from the email. No volunteer accounts. No logins.

Can volunteers see their full schedule?

Yes. Every email includes a private “View My Schedule” link so they can check upcoming assignments anytime.

Not receiving emails?

Check your spam folder, then add help@sundayserve.com to your contacts/safe senders list.

What if someone clicks NO?

The assignment updates to Needs Replacement so it’s obvious what still needs coverage.

Do volunteers need an app?

No. Sunday Serve is email-first — volunteers don’t download anything.

How much does it cost?

$5/month per church or organization. Unlimited teams, roles, people, events, and admins. No ads.
